Panic attacks are sudden and seemingly unreasonable attacks of severe anxiety, panic, accompanied by somatic symptoms (blood pressure surges, arrhythmias, feeling of suffocation, etc.) and inexplicable fear.

Anxiety is a psychological trait that manifests itself in constant anxiety, a sense of danger, uncertainty, and helplessness.

Psychosomatics is a psychological condition accompanied by physical symptoms that usually have no medical cause or explanation. It is a common misconception that “psychosomatics” is imaginary or exists only “in the head”.

How we do it

The first short free meeting and acquaintance

15-30 minutes to get acquainted and outline the problem and request, realize the opportunity to work together, discuss next steps

Diagnostic meetings

The first 3-5 meetings, during which the problem, methods and principles of work are outlined in more detail and the direction and purpose of cooperation are outlined

Therapeutic meetings

The activities will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Prior Informed Consent.

Once again, please read and follow the relevant sections carefully and discuss with me any questions or concerns you have about them. Especially about the scope and end of therapy.

Completion of therapy

It takes place at the request of the client at any stage of therapy, but must be agreed upon and consciously carried out. Therapy cannot be simply cut short. This is bad for both the client and the therapist. Please keep this in mind.
